Typical. Rather than pass legislation to better America, Democrats are wasting their time with a new witch hunt. Democrats’ “official impeachment inquiry” against President Trump is more of the same – lies and attacks deployed to dismantle our Constitution, our elections, and our liberty.

First of all, the transcript of the phone call between President Trump and the Ukraine president didn’t indicate any evidence of bribing. In regards to the so-called “whistleblower,” he had met with the staff of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and had sought and received guidance on how to move his complaint forward before filing it. This directly contradicts an earlier statement from Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff, Democrat of California, who, when asked, had denied having had direct contact with the whistleblower before the filing of the complaint. It explains how Schiff knew to ask the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community for a copy of the claim. This raises a lot of red flags in the credibility of the whistleblower and doesn’t provide enough leverage for Democrats in their witch hunt. The fact that there is a second whistleblower means nothing at all – there was only the one phone conversation on July 25, and having two people complain about it doesn’t make the complaint any more serious than having just one person complain about it.

Regardless of the lack of evidence to move forward with impeachment, many Democrats – especially Democrats who won their seats in 2018 in districts where President Trump won – continue to call for impeachment out of pure Trump derangement syndrome, but have they considered the people they’re representing?
